As Chief Technology and Product Officer, Matt will oversee the development and implementation of innovative solutions that drive the company’s mission forward.
Matt comes to Osprey with over 25 years of experience in delivering secure, sustainable, and scalable technology and product strategies and was awarded an OBE for his contributions to maintaining democratic processes through digital innovation. Matt has a proven track record in leading large-scale projects; at Gallagher RE, leading teams in creating digital solutions, and at the Parliamentary Digital Service, playing a crucial role in enhancing democratic engagement through technology. His appointment to Osprey continues his commitment to leveraging technology for public good
